A: Unfortunately downloaded selections cannot be transferred from one handset to another.

A: You can assign ringtones and images to callers in your phonebook on some mobile handsets. Check your User's Manual for more information.

Q: How many ringtones or images can my mobile handset store?

A: Storage varies based on your specific mobile handset. Find out your mobile handset's storage capacity by referring to you User's Manual.

If your mobile handset's storage is full and you begin to download another item, you will be asked if you want to delete one of the previous downloaded items stored in your mobile handset. Once you delete a ringtone or image, it will be permanently removed from your mobile handset and you'll need to re-purchase and re-download it. If you choose not to complete the new download, you will not be charged for it.

Q: Can I send my cool new ringtone or image to all of my friends once I've downloaded it?

A: No. A ringtone or image can only be downloaded to a single mobile handset. You are expressly prohibited from transmitting, distributing, reproducing and modifying any ringtone or image downloaded.
